Terms & Conditions
- HorsesNCourses can not be held responsible for any loss sustained whilst at a camp venue.
- All persons attending camp must follow the instructions of the officials of the camp at all times.
- All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the course.
- Children must be supervised by parent or Guardian at all times, attendance of children must be agreed by the organiser prior to attendance.
- Any Breakages or damage caused by you or your horse whilst attending camp must be reported to the organisers, a report must be made in writing and signed off. Attendees are responsible for the cost of any repairs and fees caused.
- Each horse must have a valid vaccination certificate, which must accompany the horse attending camp. Failure to provide said certificate may result in elimination from the course.
- Protective clothing must be worn at all times i.e. Hard hats to EN1384 & PAS015 with chinstrap, Boots, heels and long sleeves. Body protectors should be worn when appropriate.
- All Riders are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third–party insurance providing full coverage for participation at equestrian events. All Riders shall be required to sign the HorsesNCourses waiver before attending the course.
- Time Table – All riders are requested that they note the times of their course and lesson's, and make sure they are ready and by the entrance of the school at least five minutes before they are scheduled to start. Late arrivals may be excluded from the lesson.
- Riders must keep to designated horse areas.
- Private hire of the school may be permissible with prior arrangement with the organisers.
- No Smoking in or around stable area.
- Any attendee found to be violating camp rules or found to be causing a disturbance may be asked to leave, A Rider who exhibits emotional, behavioural or psychological conditions, which are disruptive to the camp program or harmful to him / herself or others may be asked to leave with no refund.
- Known Kickers must be identified with a Red Tail Ribbon.
- Riders wishing to bring a Stallion are requested to ensure they notify the organiser prior to attending the course. Stallions must be correctly bitted, handled and adequately controlled.
- Each horse is the responsibility of its owner / rider and all activities are at their own risk.
- Each Venue may have its own terms and conditions, these must be adhered to.
- The Officials reserve the right to exclude any animal they consider to be a danger to spectators or other delegates.
Ejection of attendance terms includes but is not limited to :
- Wilful damage to any property or fixtures.
- In any way cruel to a horse i.e. excessive use of the whip.
- Who is excessively intoxicated or disruptive.
